Prior to this, she was a manager at a strategic consulting firm in New York.
Alexandra also co-founded Level 20 and leads the mentoring programme with two fellow co-founders.
Alexandra holds an AB in Art History from Princeton University, an MA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University.

Babett is the firm’s Head of Legal and Compliance and has overall responsibility for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Cinven, Babett was General Counsel of Arma Partners LLP, responsible for all legal and regulatory matters for the FCA-regulated entity and its affiliated U.S. broker-dealer. Prior to this, she spent 16 years at Shearman and Sterling LLP in their Capital Markets and M&A groups in New York and London, with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions. Babett trained with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt.
Babett holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University School of Law, New York and a law degree and Ph.D. from Cologne University, Germany. She is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, New York and Germany.

Prior to this, he was CEO of Surplex AG, an innovative provider of asset recovery solutions based in Germany, which he co-founded in 1999. Previously, Bruno worked at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt.

Head of Cinven Guernsey Hayley heads up our Guernsey office, and is a Director on the Boards of the Managing General Partner companies of the Cinven Funds.
Prior to joining Cinven, Hayley was a Director of Aztec Financial Services (Guernsey) Limited, responsible for relationships with several leading UK based Private Equity Funds, and assuming Directorships on the Fund general partner boards. She was a member of the Guernsey executive, as well as Group operational and training committees.
Previously, Hayley spent several years in Captive Insurance and Trust roles before moving into private equity administration in 2004, initially in an accounting function before assuming a relationship management role.
Hayley is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Hugh joined Cinven in 1991 and became Executive Chairman in 2015. He oversees the strategic direction and policy of the firm. He was Managing Partner from 2009 to 2015 and formerly managed Cinven’s Paris office from 2001 to 2006.

Previously, Immo worked at Inchcape plc as CEO in Russia. Other roles include Chief Financial Officer at Alcoa Inc. for Asia, Australia and Latin America and Vice President and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group where he worked for 15 years in Paris, Shanghai and Munich.

Prior to this, he was a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group for 10 years, leading projects across China, Japan and South East Asia.

John’s career spans many years in senior positions within the banking industry, latterly as Managing Director of Deutsche Bank International Limited, where he had overall responsibility for offshore banking, trading and investment activities.
John has held a number of private and public sector positions, including the Chairmanship of two businesses and a Board appointment with the Jersey regulator. John has extensive experience as a Director on investment funds, and also writes and speaks on topics relating to economics and business.
John is the head of Information Systems and responsible for the design, strategy and operations of Cinven’s global I.T. Infrastructure. He has been instrumental in the opening of all Cinven’s offices worldwide, managing the infrastructure and support teams.
Prior to working at Cinven he was the I.T. manager for a UK manufacturer.

Previously, Jorge worked for over 13 years at 3i in Madrid and London. During the last four years he was a partner at 3i in Spain, where he worked on a number of deals. Prior to this, Jorge worked at Société Générale in the international division in Paris.

Joseph joined Cinven in 2008 as Head of the Hong Kong office responsible for Cinven’s operations in Asia.
In January 2018, Joseph became a Senior Adviser to Cinven in Asia.
Prior to Cinven, Joseph was Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group in Hong Kong, where he was Head of Office. His primary sector focus was in consumer goods, retail and telecoms in Greater China/Asia. In addition, he has served many clients in banking, industrial goods and healthcare.
Joseph has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to this Matteo was an Analyst in the Consumer and Retail Group at Morgan Stanley (London) and he also spent a year as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services Industry Group at Accenture in Milan.

Miguel is a member of the Business Services team, TMT team and the Iberia regional team. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Hotelbeds, Spire, Tinsa, Ufinet and Planasa.
Prior to Cinven, Miguel worked at 3i Group in Spain, where he was an Associate and participated in various transactions in the business services, TMT, and consumer sectors.
Miguel has a BA in Business Administration from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Warwick University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mike has responsibility for the accounting, reporting, tax and administration functions.
Previously, Mike worked at Bain Capital as CFO International, with responsibility for the finance functions in Asia and Europe. Prior to this, Mike was CFO of the retail division at Schroders plc.

Morgan is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team and is based in New York.
Prior to Cinven, Morgan worked at Goldman Sachs in New York as a Financial Analyst within the Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Private Equity Group.
Morgan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri and holds a BS in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Finance and Economics.

Nicolas is Head of the Paris office and is a member of the Business Services, Healthcare and TMT sector teams and the regional team for France. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Aprovia, CHRYSO, Frans Bonhomme, Générale de Santé, Numericable Group, Prezioso and Sebia.
Nicolas was previously with private equity firm Electra (now Cognetas) in Paris for eight years. Before this, he worked as a research and development engineer with Roussel-Uclaf. Nicolas has an MBA from INSEAD. He also has a BSc in Biology and Chemistry from the École Normale Supérieure and an MSc in Molecular Biology from the Institut Pasteur in Paris.
He was a Tower Fellow at Harvard University.

Olivier is a member of the regional team for France. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Planasa and Synlab.
Prior to joining Cinven, Olivier worked at The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate where he worked on strategic assignments both from its Paris and Johannesburg offices.
Olivier holds a Double Masters in Management from HEC-CEMS.

Pete is a member of the Portfolio team, based in the London office.
Prior to Cinven, Pete worked in the Business Modelling Group within Corporate Finance at Deloitte, advising on a range of projects including strategic business plans, transactions and contract bid support.
Pete is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Statistics, Economics, Operational Research and Computing from University College London.

Peter leads the Consumer sector team. He is also a member of the Financial Services sector team. He has been involved in numerous transactions, including Avolon, Gondola, Guardian Financial Services, Hotelbeds, Kurt Geiger and Partnership.
Peter previously spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked in the Transaction Services Group, providing due diligence and transaction advice to private equity companies.
Peter has a degree in chemistry from Exeter University.

Peter is the Compliance Manager and a member of the firm’s Legal and Compliance Department.
Prior to joining Cinven, Peter held in-house compliance roles at HSBC and Credit Suisse as well as performing regulatory roles at the UK Financial Services Authority and overseas financial regulators.

Before joining TPG Capital, Philip worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division as a member of the Global Natural Resources Group.
Philip has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a BA in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Previously, Pontus was a Principal at KKR & Co in London, Tokyo and Menlo Park, where he worked on a number of deals. Prior to this, he worked at Altor Equity Partners in Stockholm. Pontus started his career at Goldman Sachs.

Client Accounts Rikesh is a member of the Client Accounts team, based in the London office.
Prior to Cinven, Rikesh worked at Quadriga Capital within the Finance function. Rikesh began his career working at Doughty Hanson in the Finance & Fund reporting group.
Rikesh is a CIMA qualified Accountant and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from King’s College London.

Robin joined Cinven in 1981 and became Managing Partner in 1988. He continued in this capacity until 2009 and then served as Chairman from 2009 to 2012.
Robin continues as a Director on the Board of the managing entities of the Cinven Funds.
Rory is a member of the Business Services sector team. He has been involved in several transactions, including Guardian Financial Services, Gondola, Maxeda, NewDay, Phadia and Viridium Group.
Prior to joining Cinven, Rory was at Bain & Company for five years in London, Madrid and Stockholm where he worked on projects across a variety of sectors including financial services, retail, industrials and publishing.

Rupert was appointed as a Board Director of the managing entities of the Cinven Funds in January 2014.
Rupert Dorey has over 30 years of experience in financial markets. Rupert was at CSFB for 17 years from 1988 to 2005 where he specialised in credit related products, including derivative instruments where his expertise was principally in the areas of debt distribution, origination and trading, covering all types of debt from investment grade to high yield and distressed debt. He held a number of senior positions at CSFB, including establishing CSFB's high yield debt distribution business in Europe, fixed income credit product coordinator for European offices and head of UK Credit and Rates Sales.
Since 2005, he has been acting in a Non-Executive Directorship capacity for a number of Hedge Funds, Private Equity & Infrastructure Funds, for both listed and unlisted vehicles. Rupert is a former President of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Directors. Rupert is based in Guernsey.
Samy is a member of the regional team for France.
Prior to joining Cinven, Samy worked as an Associate at Credit Suisse where he was involved in M&A and leveraged buyouts advisory for European corporates and sponsors across a variety of sectors. Previously, he served in the French Finance Ministry as an Engineer of the Corps des Mines.
Samy is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University.

Sarah is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team and is responsible for Cinven's client services on behalf of our Limited Partners.
Previously, Sarah worked as a Manager in the Private Equity Transaction Services group at KPMG, advising private equity clients on M&A and restructuring deals across a range of sectors. Prior to this, Sarah spent four years with Arthur Andersen, where she worked in the Private Equity Tax group and gained her Chartered Accountancy qualification.
Sarah holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.

Soren is a member of the Capital Markets team. He has worked on a number of transactions, including Avolon, Bioclinica, CHRYSO, Coor, Gondola, Numericable, Phadia, SLV, Spire Healthcare, Synlab, Tinsa and Visma.
Prior to this, Soren worked at Citigroup within the Leveraged Acquisition Finance Group, where he was involved in the financial structuring and syndication of several major European LBO transactions.
Soren has a BSc in Economics & Mathematics and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Stuart joined Cinven in 1996 and became Managing Partner in 2015. He is responsible for the execution of the firm's strategy and the day-to-day management of the firm.

Previously, Thilo was Managing Director at Investcorp in London, where he was responsible for private equity investment in German-speaking markets. He was also a member of the Investment Committee and Head of the Business Services sector team.

Vanessa is Cinven's Corporate Affairs Director, with responsibility for the firm's corporate communications, marketing and ESG activities. She is a member of Cinven’s ESG Steering Group and is a trustee of The Cinven Foundation.
She sits on the Boards of both Invest Europe and EPER. Prior to joining Cinven, Vanessa was a Director at Merlin, a London-based financial PR agency, for 11 years where she specialised in advising European private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as advising UK listed companies. Vanessa was previously a Director at Ludgate Communications and started her career at Burson-Marsteller.
Vanessa has a BA Hons in Latin from Durham University. She joined Cinven in 2011.
William was appointed as a Board Director of the managing entities of the Cinven Funds in 2012.
William’s career in the investment funds industry extends over 30 years. He was a Director of Close Bank Guernsey Limited, managing a wide range of institutional and private investment portfolios and Senior Vice President with FRM (now a division of Man Group Plc) in Guernsey.
William is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Xavier is a member of the Consumer and Industrials sector teams and the regional team for France. He has worked on a number of transactions, including Amadeus, Camaieu, CHRYSO, Numericable Group and Tractel.
Xavier was previously a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris where he worked on several assignments, mostly within the telecom and media industry. Prior to this, he worked for Bankers Trust in London.
Xavier graduated from the HEC School of Management in Paris with an MSc in Business Administration.

Yalin is a member of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team, responsible for Cinven's Limited Partners in EMEA.

Morgan Partners, in New York and London, completing a number of buyout, growth equity, and venture capital investments in a variety of sectors across Western and Eastern Europe. Previously, he was with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

Zoe is responsible for all aspects of Cinven’s HR function, including recruitment, career development, training and HR policy.
Prior to joining Cinven, Zoe spent five years at Merrill Lynch. As an HR Relationship Manager, she was responsible for ensuring effective delivery of HR services to managers and employees of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division within EMEA.
Zoe has an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, and a BA in French and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
